Promoting walking for health and raising money for the North East Trust for Aphasia

Story

We are all taking part in the North East Trust for Aphasia's pedometer challenge.
Leo (6) and Fiona (age not disclosed!) are aiming to walk 33 miles per week each. This is to reflect the 33% of people who have strokes who experience difficulties with language and communication (aphasia).
Best pals Hannah and Elodie are walking the distance from Newcastle to Glasgow. They've both been there on holiday and really enjoyed it. But to be honest they'd be happy anywhere together!
Your donations will help towards the running of the NETA support centre, which provides a weekly cafe and a range of activities for people living with aphasia in the North East.
