In 2009 our first child was delivered at 22 weeks because her condition, HLHS, was 'not compatible with life'. We had never heard of single ventricle heart conditions and had certainly never anticipated pregnancy loss. Rather than sending us a Christmas card, please send a few pennies to support the charity which was our only source of information at the time. They also offer bereavement support which was invaluable and support children who have 'half a heart'. They aiming to raise £5000 through this Christmas appeal.

Little Hearts Matter is the only charity supporting children with single ventricle heart conditions on their half a heart journey. This Christmas, we're trying to raise £5,000 so we can continue to be there for families of children with half a heart throughout the year and can help people who need it most, when they need it most.
