Story
On the 20th of January, I found out I’d been selected from the waitlist to run the London Marathon on the 26th of April for Leukaemia Care. Excited doesn’t even begin to describe it. After eight failed ballot attempts and even receiving the official commiseration jacket this year. I can’t believe I finally get to run the most iconic marathon right here on my home turf.
The best part? I get to do it in support of Leukaemia Care, raising money in honour of my incredible auntie, who was diagnosed last year.
There’s just one small catch… I’m already racing the Tokyo Marathon on the 1st of March. So yes, that gives me eight weeks to recover, stay in shape, and gear up for London. Two world majors back‑to‑back!
Please keep me motivated, and if you can, keep donating to this amazing cause. Your support genuinely means the world. 🧡🏃♀️
