At the start of lockdown a group of friends old and new started a fitness group chat to help motivate each other during lock down. It proved a real lifeline for many and helped keep people active, motivated and accountable to each other. 

We decided to take on either the 10K or Half Marathon at the Great Scottish Run but unfortunately this was cancelled.

But we don't want that to stop us and have decided to do the distances locally around Strathclyde park for a charity close to the hearts of many in our group.

By donating you are supporting patients and families in Scotland who battle Crohn's and Colitis every day. The Catherine McEwan Foundation has supported these incredible fighters for the past 18 years and with your help we hope to continue this much needed support.
