Hi all...this July 4 of us (Ross Williams, Adam Guest, Daniel Kaye, and Ryan Gillespie) will be taking part in the Castle Howard Olympic Length Triathlon.  That's a 1.5km swim, 45km bike ride, and a 10km run.

We're hoping to raise as much money as possible for Epilepsy Action along the way, in memory of Sean Leonard.

Epilepsy Action is a charity that meant a lot to Sean.  He did a lot with them, and sadly he passed away just before starting up his very own coffee mornings, where he would undoubtedly have helped and supported a lot of people through some very difficult times.

None of us are in ANY kind of shape to be able to do this right now (yes we are aware that 'round is a shape').  I haven't been on a bike in years, we're not strong swimmers, and none of us can run any kind of distance...so there's massive amounts of long, hard training ahead for us all!

So, please dig deep for this amazing charity...and to make the pain and hardwork worth our while!!
