Thanks for visiting our page for donations to the Kent, Surrey and Sussex Air Ambulance Trust in memory of Samuel Peter Burlace.

Our son Sam passed away suddenly on the 12th January 2016 after sharing a wonderful 9 weeks with us. We would like to pass on our sincere thanks for all the hard work that the Air Ambulance do across three counties and continue to maintain the high standard of care and support they have provided to many other families.
