I am doing the 10k London Winter Walk to raise money for Medecins Sans Frontieres / Doctors Without Borders (MSF). They truly are the very best of us, doing incredible work in the most desperate of circumstances.

From their heroic efforts and heartbreaking losses in Gaza to their recently announced programme to provide primary healthcare to those being held in mass containment sites here in England, MSF provide lifesaving care and comfort, doing everything they can wherever they are needed.
