In support of the Credit Suisse’s Charity of the Year 2008, The Place2Be, I will be joining the longest ski race in the world, "Der Weisse Ring/The White Ring" on Saturday 17 January 2009 in Lech/Austria and am hoping you will consider sponsoring me.

It is the fourth time that this exiting race is being held in the heart of the Arlberg and the order of the day will be to complete the roughly 22 kilometres of pistes and 5.500 m in altitude as quickly as possible. You are at the start in groups of around 50 skiers to beginn with a hike UP the hill and when you are completely breathless you start to race down the hill. As UK is not really a perfect place to get practice please do not expect to see me on the podium but I will definitely try my best!
