Standing on the station platform, his family aboard, his daughters raised hand at the window, not knowing if she will ever see her daddy again.

Words cannot describe the heartache and sorrow that so many Ukrainians are going through.

I’ve created this piece in the hope that it will make you stop doing what you are doing and make a donation to help the people of Ukraine.

It is so difficult to comprehend the atrocities being committed in Ukraine.  In this modern world we live, how can such devastation and grief be inflicted on so many innocent people?

There are many good people in this world that are undertaking some truly amazing acts of generosity to help the millions of Ukrainians that have had their lives, and everything they know and love taken from them.

Just take a moment now to look around you. Take in everything you see, the precious picture frames of your loved ones, your beloved family pet looking at you with unprecedented love, the view from your window of peaceful people going about their business, the smartphone in your hand that allows you to buy what you want whenever you want. 

Take a good look around you and think of the journey you’ve been on and what it all means to you to be where you are now!

This has all been selfishly taken away from the people of Ukraine, everything, absolutely everything!

Saying goodbye to your family and friends, not knowing where they will go, if you will ever see your children ever again. So much fear and uncertainty.

The people of Ukraine need so much to help them through these harrowing times and to help rebuild their lives.

Please please give all you can, an obscene amount of money is going to be needed to help rebuild their country and their lives!
