Story
Okay so I basically applied to run the London Marathon earlier on in the year through many different charities. I think JDRF (Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation) appealed to me most because both of my Nan's are diabetic. I'm sure by running this marathon for not only for them but for millions of others that suffer from this disease would definately help towards research and development to cure diabetes type 1.
Although it is a collosus challenge I think I would be able to run the full 26 miles. It's the taking part that counts right? It would also give me something to aim for and achieve for the rest of the year. I can also look back at life and say, 'I was there', 'I ran the London Marathon!'
So people, dig deep in to those pockets of yours, even its as little as 1p or as much as £10,000, every little helps!
