My wonderful son wanted to take part in this to raise awareness for M.E. to 'help mummy' and so we have roped in the rest of the family to help him reach those MILLION steps!

Action for M.E. are the only charity working to support people of all ages living with M.E., through their Information, Support, Advocacy and Healthcare services. Action for M.E. also campaign for change and invest in biomedical research.
