Visit the charity's profileAction for M.E.'s annual fundraiser, Walk with M.E. is a sponsored walk with a twist - everything is done as a team! Since 2018, Walk with M.E. has brought teams together to count one million collective sponsored steps over 100 days and has raised over £25,000 to help us support people of all ages living with M.E.
This year, thanks to a generous family trust, every penny raised will be DOUBLED, having twice the impact for people living with M.E.
If you have mild or moderate M.E., having a team around you means theres no pressure to do more than you can. Whether you walk one step or 100 steps, they all count towards the total! Pace yourself and do no more than your health will allow. If you use a wheelchair, you can take part by recording distance travelled, instead of steps. One in four people with M.E. are so severely ill they are house or bed-bound, too ill to take a step. Could a friend or relative get involved on your behalf? In 2021, friends Emily, Emily & Sian walked in honour of their friend Hannah.

We are completing Walk with M.E. on behalf of our special friend, Hannah. Hannah has lived with M.E. for a number of years now. Although she is unable to participate herself, Hannah's resilience continues to amaze us, so we are walking for you Han, keep going, stay strong and we hope we can all see you again soon.
