On Sunday the 18th, we're donning our hard hats and walking arse-first off of the roof of Sophie's workplace, the John Radcliffe Hospital in Oxford. 

We're doing this 100ft descent to raise funds for an organisation that saves lives, limbs, vision, and hearing, treats cancer, strokes and heart attacks, picks up the pieces when accidents happen, facilitates people's independence, saves families and children, supports those in mental health crises, protects the most vulnerable people in our society, and much more.... all in a day's work! 

Seems like a fairly noble cause, no?
