Story

Phil & Kelly, Freya's parents have decided to complete a 26.3 mile walk on Sunday 10th October 2021 during baby loss awareness week. 

We have chosen 26.3 miles as Freya was born sleeping on 24th April 2021 at 26 weeks plus 3 days. 

The route will start in Milford-On-Sea and we will be walking along the Solent Way Walk to our home in Netley. This will take us through Lymington, Hythe, Town, Woolston and Weston.

Our aim is to raise as much money as we possibly can to support other families going through this heartache. Any donation will be much appreciated by ourselves and Sands.

Sands supports anyone affected by the death of a baby, works in partnership with health professionals to try to ensure that bereaved parents and families receive the best possible care and funds research that could help to reduce the numbers of babies dying and families devastated by this tragedy.
