Welcome to friends of Monyhull Church.  As you know, we've been working on a proposal to redevelop the site at Monyhull for a number of years.  Now, that once far off dream is nearing reality.  We have planning permission to build the annexe, are close to finalising the legal transfer of the building and are arranging a loan from Stewardship http://www.stewardship.org.uk/ .  The overall project will cost around £1.3m.  We've already raised around £700,000, largely from the church.  We can borrow from Stewardship between £400,000 and £500,000 - that means if we can find a further £100,000 to £200,000 then we can build the annexe and redevelop the site.

The annexe will transform our facilities and provide us with the right facilities to house our ministries and reach out into the local community.   The annexe will house a second hall, four classrooms, a childrens playroom, kitchen, office and toilets.

We appreciate that there are many calls on your finance and in the current economic climate we know it is even harder.  But if you can help in anyway, large or small, we would be very grateful.
