A fun filled day and night of live streamed music and entertainment to raise funds for the wonderful Ty Hafan Children's Hospice who rely on fund raising and generosity. Many professional performers are available at the moment so are coming together from across the globe to put on a fantastic show of entertainment to hopefully raise some well needed funds.

Sadly, thousands of families in Wales live every day knowing their child’s life will be short. At the moment, they often face this without any care or support. Alone. Afraid. Isolated. Tŷ Hafan’s ambition is that when a child’s life will be short, no family should have to live it on their own.
