For those who know Me and Stu you know why we are  raising money for the third year. Kidney Wales is an incredible charity that needs funding to beat cancer, keep dialysis units going etc etc

This year we have 3 teams running. We are a mixed bag of runners - some who have never run before but are training individually to do their best.

Last year we raised a phenomenal amount and friends and family really went out of their way to raise money

The 10k takes place on 2nd September around Cardiff city centre
