Kidney Wales are delighted to be teaming up with our headline sponsors Nation Radio  bring you the 2018 Nation Radio Cardiff 10K & 2K Family run, which returns on Sunday 2 September.  For over 30 years the event has been well known for its flat, fast course perfect for new runners looking for a challenge or more seasoned athletes looking for a personal best.  

The entire family can get involved in the day of athletic activity with the 2K Family race staged before the 10K.The 2017 event saw a record number of entries with over 8000 participants taking part across both events.  We are very excited about the 2018 event with the launch of a brand new city centre route!   

As Kidney Wales' flagship event, we'd be thrilled if runners would consider fundraising for Kidney Wales whilst taking on this challenge.  There is no minimum sponsorship required, every little helps and will help continue our work to support families and change the lives of kidney patients in Wales.
