Last year's duathlon on a shopping bike should have been enough to put me off but this is the chance to join other woman taking positive action against cancer in an adventure of a lifetime.

I will be challenging myself to ride through Vietnam and Camboida supporting three charities: Breast Cancer Care, Jo's Cervical Cancer Trust and Ovarian Cancer Action.  Too many of us have watched friends and family struggle and sometimes lose their battle with cancer and I would like to help raise funds to support these charities in particular.

Training will have to start soon but that's not my real worry,  The fundraising will be hard and will probably take over my life for the next 9 months.  But, what's really keeping me up at night is the question of my panniers..will there'll be enough room for 12 days worth of imodium and paper? 

It should be a journey of fun, friendship and support as we challenge ourselves to cycle over 470kms  for a brilliant cause. Any sponsors, donations or support in my fundraising will be greatly appreciated. Please let me know if you have any ideas....
