Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I've decided to make the most of my time at home and run a marathon in my garden. 

I will be achieveing this on Saturday starting at 9am. I have worked out the number of meters and then the number of laps of my garden. I would like to invite everyone to join me at this time. (Please only complete this if you are fit and well enough to do so. I would hate anyones efforts to add stress to the NHS at this time.)

For me this is to replace the Great North Run which is in serious doubt. I realise that the great north run is only a half marathon but I figured why not complete it twice in my garden....I have nothing but time.

I would love to raise £18,005, the entry pay scale for an NHS nurse. 

As well as completing this my aim in the upcoming weeks is to get Naga Munchetty from BBC Breakfast to run this in her garden as well so if anyone with the right contacts could get in touch with her to achieve this, that would be great
