This will be my first long distance run and attempt at fundraising, anything you can give is very much appreciated. I'm running for Rethink Mental Illness as I believe there is still a big stigma around mental health and speaking out about personal struggles. I hope any awareness I can bring and money I can raise will be a big help, I have found that running has helped me and given my confidence a huge boost when I really needed it, so if anyone feels inspired to take up running then that is fantastic.
