Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I did one of those very silly new year's resolution things and agreed to do a 63 mile cycle ride around the hills of Newcastle. The Northen Rock Cyclone is a popular event (over 5000 riders) and routinely brings out the cyclists and idiots like me to take on what is regarded to be a fairly tough challenge.

I expect to be in the saddle for some 5 hours and I will find it much easier to bear the sore under-carriage if you could find your way to help me with a little sponsorship.

I am planning to split my donation between the Motor Neurone Disease Association, a charity with a personal connection for me and Help For Heroes which my team is riding for.

Any help will be much appreciated.
