H4H is this amazing charity which helps wounded Servicemen and women.  My Husband is in the Army, and I feel that he and everyone involved are so amazingly brave, they get sent so far away from home, and put their lives at risk, and I want to help those who have suffered.

Help for Heroes was founded in October 2007 and so far has raised over £30 million!! This money goes towards supporting wounded Servicemen and woman.  Once the money has been raised, experts in the Army, Royal Navy and Royal air force provide guidance on how best to spend the funds.  All money is spent on practical and direct support for the wounded in the Armed Services. 

Their latest venture is funding the establishment of Personnel Recovery Centres across the UK. These will provide a launch pad to life for seriously wounded or long term sick personnel, supporting them as they make the transition to a fulfilling future.

So, I have decided to do something really exciting and scary and jump out of a plane in order to raise lots of money for Help for Heroes. 

On the 14th of May 2010, I will be doing a tandem sky dive with the  Red Devils in Netheravon.  So, at 13,000 feet (yes 13,000!!) I will be jumping out of a plane! I dont expect you to jump with me, all I am asking you to do is show your support and sponsor me!!
