Story

Meet the jumpers...

Roxie Cotter, Sophie Drewitt, Gemma Sharp, Nicola Bailey, Carol Spicer and Evangeline Christopher.

Thank you for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page.

On the 24th of August 2017, we will all be jumping out of a plane from 15,000ft above the beautiful Old Sarum Airfield for Mesothelioma UK, a charity very close to our hearts.

Why Mesothelioma UK?

Mesothelioma UK is a registered charity offering advice and support to people suffering from this terrible cancer caused by exposure to asbestos.

Unfortunately in May 2017 Nicola's kindhearted dad (Rob), was cruelly diagnosed with the incurable mesothelioma after unknowingly being exposed to asbestos in the schools he taught in for many decades. The families world has been turned upside down.

Experts predict that the number of school related deaths from asbestos will rise. Awareness is already increasing, but much more needs to be done to prevent this horrible life-limiting disease.

As a close group of friends we have chosen this charity as we are all dedicated to helping the victims and raising awareness of this terrible disease so please dig deep guys and make a donation to help us hit our target. Any donation big or small is welcome.
