The four of us are taking part in The London March for Men. We will be walking/scooting 10km around the Olympic Park - a full rucksack of sugary treats may be required to get the kids round!!!!

My Dad sadly lost his fight after five years battling this dreadful disease in June 2017.  My hero gone, a wonderful husband, grandad, brother and friend to many.  My Dad received amazing care and all the top medicine available, but the disease took over in the end. 

Each year my family will do this walk;  A walk for a very brave man.  We love you so much and you are missed so dearly. 

I encourage all men over 40 to get a simple PSA test done. 

Ignoring prostate cancer won't beat it. Prostate Cancer UK has a simple ambition – to stop men dying from prostate cancer. Through shifting the science over the next 10 years we will stop prostate cancer being a killer.
