Genesis Gymnasium Claire House Childrens Hospice Triathlon 2013

The aim is to raise much needed funds for Claire House for various projects

Gym members will be put through a triathlon event with heats increasing in difficulty.

Heat 1 - 1.5 mile run // 10 mile bike ride // 3000m row Heat 2 - 2.5 mile run // 15 mile bike ride // 4000m row Heat 3 - 3 mile run // 20 mile bike ride // 5000m row

Each entrant will donate a minimum of £5 to Claire House before competing against the clock & each other for the top 10 places in the 1st heat and for the top 5 places in the 2nd heat for a place in the final!!

So far the age range for entrants is from 19 - 52 years old !
