We believe that being involved in sports and structured after-school
activities enables children to remain healthy and develop life skills that help them become confident and responsible citizens – a right that too many underprivileged children lack. 

This is why we have decided to return to Norway this summer with the PACES family, cheering their teams on and then participating in a hike to raise awareness and funds for their various invaluable programs. 

We will be covering all our expenses, and all the funds we raise will go
straight into the various programs of PACES.  Please help us first by spreading the word about this amazing organization and then by donating any amount that you can spare.

• In 2017, the PACES program will benefit 6,420 boys and girls ages
  7-16 years living in refugee camps and most marginalized and vulnerable areas in Palestine, Jordan, and Lebanon.
• For 9 continuous months, children are engaged in healthy, structured after-school sports programs and educational activities.
• Over 350 young males and females are offered trainings and employment opportunities as coaches and assistant coaches. In addition, over 170 volunteers are rewarded and are offered, along with coaches and assistants, training to help them develop their employability skills to gain the experience needed for the job market.
• PACES partner comprising of local clubs and sports centers are
  trained to facilitate the delivery of the children’s program; transforming them into active contributors in the local communities.
• All PACES programs promote gender equality, and have successfully reached and maintained a 50% female participation rate.
