We have seven grandchildren now.)Hard to believe isn't it given our youth and fitness levels but there you are). Our youngest, Rosa, has Down's. She has a very large, supportive and very loving family, all of whom will be on her side for all of her life as she grows and learns. We'll all be there to support her towards achieving all of her dreams and hopes  We will be there for her Mum and Dad; Alex and Shelley; and her big brother Leo too. 

Also there for her will be Down's Syndrome Scotland, with their expertise, resources, support and friendship, to guide the whole family along their paths. One of their major fundraising efforts this year had to be missed in the present circumstances. It is a small charity, so the loss of this income is a really major blow, although of course understandable.

Any donation you can give in support of our quite fantastic effort this morning, (bear in mind one of us had not been on a bike for over fifty years give or take, and again hard to believe), will make a real difference, not just to Rosa and her family, but all the families affected by Down's.
