This September I'm embarking on 5 days of hiking in the north east of Iceland to raise funds for Francis House Children's Hospice. The hospice needs to raise £4.2 million each year so they can continue to provide free care to children who are diagnosed with a life threatening or limiting condition and also support their families.

So I guess all things considered it's a small sacrifice on my part to do my bit and go without wifi and heated hair appliances for a week!
