I have been in recovery since Sept 1 2008. Living the life of an active addict is a dark and lonely place. Since getting sober my life has literally gotten better every day. My goal is to give hope to those who are still struggling and show that recovery is possible. The money we raise will literally save lives. No amount is too large or too small. 

I run to honor the ones I love that are looking down from heaven, I run for those still sick and suffering, and I run for everyone who loved me when I couldn’t love myself!!

Herren Project is a national nonprofit organization providing free resources and support for the treatment, recovery and prevention of substance use disorder to help individuals, families and communities live healthy, fulfilling lives free from effects of addiction to drugs and alcohol.
