Celebrate Moon Bear Day with us and the launch of our new campaign #TheOnlyCureIsKindness by donating to one of our Virtual Bucket Collections. Your donations will help end bear bile farming in Vietnam for good.

Story

I love animals, and when I learned about bile farming it made me want to make a difference. Moon Bears are kept in tight cages and in very cruel conditions. Across Asia, moon bears in particular are used for their gall bladder bile for profit. It's very painful for them to have their bile extracted, and some of them are in cages for up to 30 years! Animals Asia rescue these bears, and give them medical help and a beautiful sanctuary to live in. They want to make bile farming a thing of the past, and so do I! With my dog, Daisy, we are going to walk the equivalent of Mount Fuji, which is 46 miles, as part of the Conquerer Virtual Challenges. I'd be really grateful if you can sponsor me and Daisy (and so would the bears!)
