I am running the London Landmarks Half Marathon 2024 with two of my best friends, Anna and Fliss, to raise money and help children and young people with epilepsy. Epilepsy can be one of the most frightening and isolating conditions a young person can experience but together we can improve research, treatment and practical support. Young people in this country are not adequately supported so charities like Young Epilepsy are essential in guiding children and families through the challenges epilepsy brings up.
