It’s impossible to miss in the media the terrible atrocities happening in the Ukraine. We’re certain that we can speak for us all when we say we are horrified by what is happening and that our hearts go out to the Ukrainian people. 💙 💛

Every little contribution helps, so we’ve asked our Great Things Together community to come together to show support. After a bit of research we have identified that sending food, toiletries and clothes across the EU is highly complex, and right now, nigh on impossible, so by collecting items like this, your kindness could possibly go waste. It is clear that a cash donation, will by far be the quickest and most effective way to show support.

To fundraise simply, we are going to hold ‘Wear it Blue & Yellow’ days and are asking you to contribute £1. For each £1 raised, we will multiply it by 5 from the Great Ideas Grants.

If you’d like to contribute more than £1 that would be incredible, so the same multiplier will apply -  e.g. £5 becomes £25.

Our donations will go directly to the British Red Cross Ukraine appeal and will be used to reach people in urgent need.

Your contributions will need be made in cash at each office. We will then make the total donation as a collective once all is received on Tuesday 15^th March.
