As you know myself and Will are part of Virgin's team running the London Marathon on 24th April 2016. This is a huge challenge for both of us, both physically and the fundraising part of it.

Eeek the big day is nearly here! We have been training hard since the start of the year. It's not been easy as we have both had injuries to overcome, but your on going support is really appreciated.

We raised over £1700 with our cycle event! We couldn't believe how many of you got involved and helped us.

We still have a bit to go though, we want to raise as much as possible for NSPCC.

NSPCC work with families through difficult times. They offer all kinds of support- from helping new parents care for their baby to giving professionals the tools they need to assess neglect.

They visit primary schools and help children understand what abuse is and give them the confidence to speak out and seek help if they ever need it. 

Every 10 minutes someone contacts the NSPCC helpline. Counsellors are there 24 hours a day, to help parents, professionals and anyone worried about a child in the UK. They listen, offer advice and support and can take action on your behalf if a child is in danger.

Every 25 seconds a child calls ChildLine.

Volunteers have conversations that mean they can protect children in abusive situations by getting them the help they need, when they need it most.
