This November, the entire Guernsey Raiders first XV squad will be dedicating the growth of their facial hair to two fantastic charities that are very close to the team.

The Lullaby Trust - Raises awareness of Sudden Infant Death Syndrome (SIDS), provides expert advice on safer sleep for babies and offers emotional support for bereaved families.

The Ivy Trust - Provides a network of support for parents who have experienced the devastating loss of a baby either during pregnancy or soon after birth.

As part of their commitment to the cause, the Raiders' players will continue with the campaign until the first home game after November - against Tring on Saturday 9th December. There will be a function at Footes Lane after the match to allow spectators to vote on their favorite 'taches' and even assist with the shaving process if they wish!
