On the 06th of July we will be challenging ourselves and taking part in our first ever charity event, in support of Tŷ Hafan.

From mid day on the 6th of July we will begin a 24 hour relay run, everyone taking part will take it in turns to run on a treadmill until mid day on the 7th of July. We will be taking part in this challenge in Cwmbran Shopping Centre.

For those of you that don't know Tŷ Hafan provides comfort, care and support to life limited children and their families in Wales, helping them make the most of the time they have left together. Tŷ Hafan is a much needed source of strength, respite and support for the whole family. From diagnosis to bereavement and beyond, they take their support right into the heart of the family home. In Gwent alone they are currently supporting 59 children.
