RED January is a community initiative, where the aim is to get active every day, your way, in support of your mental health. Whether its running 5k or walking to work a new way, a morning swim or taking your bike for a spin

Story

Every day since 1st January, members of the HAFLS Health & Wellbeing And Family Learning team have been doing some sort of exercise...a run or walk, HITT, up and down stairs, crazy disco dancing, sit ups and planks.

Although my name is on the page we are doing this as a team and using this Just Giving page for all of us.  If you are able to please donate using the link.

Thank you from us all

This January, the RED community will be getting active every single day, to support their mental wellbeing. Whether it's running 5k, or walking to work a new way, a morning swim or just taking the bike for a spin - thousands of people around the UK will be kick-starting their 2019 in the most positive way.RED is proud to be partnering with leading mental health charity Mind, with all funds raised helping local Minds to continue their vital work to ensure no-one has to face a mental health problem alone. Please join support me in my RED January journey and raise money for Hertfordshire Mind Network.
