I am cycling from London to Paris (am I mad?!) on the 12th September 2007 to raise money for the Medical Foundation for the Care of Victims of Torture.  The charity is the only one of its kind in the UK which provides direct support for both adults and children alike who have been victims of torture in their native countries.
