About Walk for Harry:

Harry Moseley was an incredibly brave 11 year old boy who was diagnosed with an inoperable brain tumour at the age of seven. Despite being poorly himself Harry set up the ‘Help Harry help others’ campaign, making bracelets in the hope that he could raise enough money to find a cure for brain cancer as he hated seeing people poorly like him.

Sadly he passed away on Saturday October 8 2011 but he has left a huge legacy through his campaign.

Walk for Harry will help raise funds for two charities close to Harry’s heart. One will support the brain tumour research project being led at Birmingham Children’s Hospital by Harry’s consultant Dr. Andrew Peet.

The other is the refurbishment of Acorns Children’s Hospice in Selly Oak where Harry spent a few days in a special bedroom. All of the money raised will be split between these two charities.
