Calling all gamers your gaming challenge is needed now more than ever to help seriously ill children and their families at Great Ormond Street Hospital (GOSH).

Story

Hi, I’m Edward, me and some of my friends are geeking out for GOSH and taking on a gaming tournament challenge during the May half term. This is to raise money for the seriously ill children, their families and the NHS staff at Great Ormond Street Hospital.

My friend Sam has to spend time at GOSH. Sam has Achondroplasia. His condition means he has a narrow foramen magnum (the opening at the base of the skull where the spinal cord meets the brain stem) this is pinching causing bruising and pressure. He is shortly going to undergo surgery called foramen magnum decompression, to make room around his spinal cord and hopefully improve his headaches.

What a brave friend I have!!!
