I am taking part in The Great North Run (13.1 long miles) in Newcastle on 12th September in order to raise money to support Team Kenya. This amazing charity aims to support communities in rural Kenya, with the aim of achieving gender equality so girls across the country have the chance to brighten their future. The smallest of donations can have a life changing effect on someone’s life. Team Kenya implements sustainable changes by educating girls on their rights and their worth. Any donation would be greatly appreciated. We take for granted being free of poverty, but girls (in particular) in Kenya aren’t as fortunate and require support from us to succeed and reach their potential.
