It's time I set myself a new challenge... so here we go! 

Alongside a number of my colleagues I'm taking on the Great North Run (13.1miles/ 21.1km) for Derian House Children's Hospice in Chorley. 
They provide care and respite for children with life limiting or life shortening conditions. To provide their services to the babies, children and families of the NW of England it costs them over £6m this year - with less than 30% of this provided by any statutory funding.

I'd be grateful for any amount of sponsorship- big & small! And if any of you fancy joining me up in Newcastle for the big day - I'm sure your smiling faces on my route will keep me going!
