I am coming out of the comfort zone of my own home onto the street of Medway during this lockdown for the Medway's Hospital Heroes Lockdown Run.

The NHS staff has worked hard relentlessly during the recent unprecedented and challenging times of COVID-19 pandemic. I want to do my little part by participating in the 5k run and  raising money for the Medway Hospital Charity to support the NHS workers at our local hospital in their ongoing fight against COVID-19.
