In 2017 we decided to do a Half marathon to raise money for a local homeless shelter and spread the #itaffectsme word!  The support we were shown was phenomenal. 

Since then, we have not been able to stop running! We both feel the advantages of running not only for body strength, but for our minds too. So....we have decided to run the London marathon to support a national charity ‘Mind’ who do amazing things promoting mental health awareness and giving support to those who need it, and in turn, saving many life’s. 

We all have, or we all know somebody who has felt that they cannot speak out about their mental health issue. So let’s stop the stigma and talk. Let’s share, let’s communicate, let’s run. 

We also feel how much music can help people in times of need. From our last album we wrote ‘The Voices’ and invited ’Samantics’  who is an incredible Spoken word Artist /Singer-Songwriter to write a bridge for the song. We also invited Clyst Vale Community Choir to sing with us at our hometown show at the Exeter Pheonix Arts Centre. Here is what happened....

We plan to record a version of this for you all to download and all of the proceeds will go towards our grand total for Mind. 

We will also be auctioning some memorabilia!!
