On the 3rd of October I'm running the Virtual London Marathon on behalf of The Police Treatment Center 

Since taking up running, at the start of covid,  I have wanted to push myself further. Running for the Police Treatment Center is a great opportunity to do just that. This will be a huge challenge for me as I have never ran a marathon before and I'll be doing it solo!

The Police Treatment Center is a charity that provides Treatment to injured Police officers, not only for physical problems but psychological too.


It's common knowledge that there is a lack of funding for police wellbeing and rehabilitation, in what is a particualy dangerous job.

The mental health and phsysical wellbeing of Police Officers is such an important aspect of our job.

As a Police Officer this service is vital for officers and provides support to help us recover and be ourselves again through whatever support is needed, whether that be a therapy session for mental wellbeing or a physiotherapy session for physical issues. 


Any support/donations would be really appreciated and if you see me running around Lancashire on the 3rd of October, please give me all the encouragement, and maybe a beer. I think I'll need it!
