Make yours count for the HDA

I am doing 50 challenges for 50 consecutive days from 2nd April - 21st May ranging from endurance challenges, to something quite ordinary, to something just for fun. Each day there will be two challenge options and the challenge to be completed that day will be determined by the toss of a 50p coin. Significantly this represents  the toss of a coin metaphor families affected by HD have to face as regards a 50/50 risk of having the faulty HD gene if that gene is present in a close family member. Updates will be shared daily on my Instagram @harleysalter

Fellow HD Fundraiser Jess is doing a “Press Up To Push Up” challenge to support me and shall simultaneously do 10 + Press-ups each day for 50 days with 50 people in 50 places to push up the funds being raised for the HDA.
