I was diagnosed with Ulcerative Colitis at 15 and after a lot of different medications and flare ups, I ended up having my entire colon removed in 2022 and was left with a stoma bag. I’m raising money so that Crohn’s & Colitis UK can continue to help other young people just like they helped me.
