I've been fortunate to have been on the Resurgo team for the past 18 months and I have been so inspired by the stories of transformation in the lives of young people coming through the Spear Programme.

Since 2004, Resurgo has equipped more than 8,000 young people facing barriers to employment with the skills and mindset they need to find and thrive in work. Now operating in 12 locations across 6 cities, the Spear Programme offers free expert coaching to young people facing all sorts of challenges, helping them realise their full potential for themselves. 

Im looking for 40 people to donate £10 each to help even more young people step into a more hopeful future.
