Thousands of young people across the UK face barriers to employment; from educational failure to crippling social anxiety. Many young people find themselves trapped in a vicious cycle, as unemployment causes low self-esteem which in turn prevents them from finding work. We want to prevent any young person from being left behind. Will you help us?
Through Resurgo's award winning Spear Programme, more than 8000 young people so far have been equipped with the skills and mindset they need to find and thrive in work, giving them a brighter future and transforming their communities in turn. 75% of the young people we work with get into work and are still there a year later!
