Story

NHS staff and volunteers are doing amazing work right now in caring for COVID-19 patients.Together, let's show our respect and gratitude as they work tirelessly in the face of the virus. It's our turn to make sure we look after them, to ensure they can keep doing their vital work.

We’re partnering up to row the river Thames in 24 hours (346KM) a distance of 173km each, that works out at 1km every 8 minutes! 

Harry Parkes owns a group personal training studio ACTIVE45, and Lewis Adams is in the Royal Marines, both with a long training history, but both fish out of water when it comes to this feat! 

 Sticking to the ‘stay at home’ pledge, we’re using concept 2’s and broadcasting our challenge via a live zoom video link form our separate properties!
